LLVM is a compiler infrastructure designed for compile-time, link-time, runtime, and idle-time optimization of programs from arbitrary programming languages.

The compiler infrastructure includes mirror sets of programming tools as well as libraries with equivalent functionality.

Why don't you take the binaries from devel:tools:compiler? LLVM is very expensive to build, and this puts unnecessary strain on the infrastructure. This is especially true for architectures with a small number of workers (such as s390x). So perhaps you can

  • consider just copying the build artifacts via osc aggregatepac devel:tools:compiler llvm15 home:owinebar:Staging:llvm15,
  • or at least remove architectures that you don't need.
