The python-rrdtool provides a interface to rrdtool, the wonderful
graphing and logging utility. This wrapper implementation has
worked from the scratch (without SWIG), and it's under LGPL.

The package is not named python-rrdtool because
1) python-rrdtool might be a subpackage of the rrdtool package, which may come
with its own python bindings.
2) py-rrdtool it is the upstream name of the project.
