GStreamer Streaming-Media Framework Plug-Ins
This package is based on the package 'gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.
GStreamer is a streaming media framework based on graphs of filters
that operate on media data. Applications using this library can do
anything media-related,from real-time sound processing to playing
videos. Its plug-in-based architecture means that new data types or
processing capabilities can be added simply by installing new plug-ins.

- Disable zxing in Leap
* Leap 15.5 can not provide zxing >= 1.4.0, zxing is a SLE built
which was version 1.2.0, Factory do have zxing-cpp 2.0.0 but it
doesn't an API compatible version, and looks it's too late to
update it to SLE15 because LO might be affected.
