This update for powerpc-utils fixes the following issues:

- Fix for error messages returning by evaluation of ${devspec} in 'ofpathname'. (bsc#1116561)
- Add support parsing the new "ibm,drc-info" device tree property and add the new information into the existing search mechanisms of the userspace 'drmgr' driver. (bsc#1158312)
