Recommended update for tomcat
This update for tomcat fixes the following issues:
- Fixes an issue when after removing package rest remained in 'examples'.
- Remove 'tomcat-9.0.init' and '/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/tomcat.conf' because of using systemd. (bsc#1178396)
