This update fixes the following issue for rsh:
- bnc#783187: fork before exec to avoid SIGHUP from systemd-logind

11.4 only:
- bnc#723593: Use a better fix. The current patch causes NULL dereference when pam getenvlist returns NULL (already fixed in 12.1 and 12.2)
