wxWidgets: Incorrect linking of wxWidgets based applications
The update fixes an incorrect linking of third level
libraries/binaries based on wxWidgets and using libtool for
linking (#690952). If third level objects were linked with
libtool, they were not able to find wxWidgets libraries.
Application rebuild after this update fixes these runtime
failures.
