ipsec-tools: One recommended fix
This update fixes the following issue with ipsec-tools:
- Remove ipsec-tools-linux-3.7-compat.diff which caused bnc#867055 by including wrong headers; fix by installing linux-glibc-devel and including /usr/include for kernel headers
