This update fixes the following issues with obs-service-set_version:
- Update to version 0.3.1:
+ Check tarball content's root-dir for version
+ Use a for-loop for different endings
- Move service to github.com/openSUSE/obs-service-set_version
- Add _service file to update package from there
- Drop local sources and use tarball from source services
- some other minor-fixes
