recommended update for yast2-services-manager
This recommended update for yast2-services-manager fixes the following issues:
- Fixes adjusting service state according to new settings, already loaded services were ignored (bnc#906730)
- Update to version 3.1.34.1
- Fixes installation to use the localized version of the default target name (bnc#895023).
- Added minimal commandline support: just 'help' (bnc#893622)
