* toolbox: use correct container state tense in msg

- Update to version 2.3+git20231030.3a6ef35:
* Mount /dev/pts as mount type=devpts instead of --volume
* fix typo creat -> create
* Remove trailing whitespace
* Fix bash error when container cannot be pulled
