The mozilla NSPR libraries were updated to 4.8.9 to align
with newer Mozilla seamonkey and Firefox releases.

Interesting changes are:
* lots of bugfixes
* use AI_ADDRCONFIG for loopback hostnames (bmo#614526)
* support SDP sockets (bmo#518078)
