This updates python-kiwi to version 9.15.1 fixing the following issues:
* Fix zypper add lock operations
* Make container compression a configuration option
* Return file name after archive or compression call
* Allow docker root import from uncompressed file
* Add uninstall pacakges type
* Some simple code cleaning
