This update for open-vm-tools provides the following fixes:

- Adjust the package to allow building properly on SLE-15 and Leap-15.
- Allow vmtoolsd.service to enable vgauthd if needed, creating the vmtoolsd.service.requires
and vgauthd.service symlinks. (bsc#1103868)
- Starting with 10.3.0, open-vm-tools builds with xmlsec1 by default (instead of building
with xml-security). To keep SLE compatible, xml-security is explicitly selected.
- Switch from sunrpc to libtirpc to enable building under glibc 2.27.
