Recommended update for kwin5
This update for kwin5 fixes the following issues:
- Switches now correctly to the previously active virtual desktop on login again
- Prevents KWin "disappearing" from the global hotkeys settings if the number of
virtual desktops is changed (boo#1103687)
- Fixes "Capture the current pop-up only" mode in spectacle (boo#1123638)
