Recommended update for libcdio
This update for libcdio fixes the following issues:
- Fix warning when BigEndian and LittleEndian sizes do not match. (bsc#1094761)
- Fix that libcdio doesn't bail out when processing non-compliant ISO files.
This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15:Update update project.
