Recommended update for seccheck
This update for seccheck fixes the following issues:
- adapt WantedBy so the timers are actually started at boot time when enabled (#1132919)
- correct indentation of SECCHK_FROM (#985802) for the
weekly and monthly mails so that the mail header lines
are recognised by the receiving mail client
