Recommended update for systemd-rpm-macros
This update for systemd-rpm-macros fixes the following issues:
- Added a %systemd_user_pre macro (bsc#1183051, bsc#1183012)
- Fixed an issue with %systemd_user_post, where the --global parameter was treated like if
it was another service (bsc#1183051, bsc#1182661)
