This update for gdb fixes the following issues:

- Fixed a heap-use-after-free issue in remote_async_inferior_event_handler
- Changed the license back to "GPL-3.0-or-later AND GPL-3.0-with-GCC-exception
AND LGPL-2.1-or-later AND LGPL-3.0-or-later" - it was accidentally changed (bsc#1180786)
