This patch fixes the missing sysconfig template for postgrey.
Without the sysconfig template the service cannot correctly start. (boo#976963)

The package is also updated to version 1.36 which includes a few minor
improvements:
- Improved support for IPv6 addresses: new --ipv4cidr and --ipv6cidr options for proper subnetting of IPv6
- Updated whitelist
- user-settable unix socket permission: --socketmode
