This update for k3b fixes the following issues:

- Obsolete k3b-codecs, the additional codecs are part of the main package now.
- Restore conditionals for lame and libmad.
- Build with ffmpeg unconditional.
- Fix transcoding of DVD titles. (kde#350403)
