Recommended update for boost
This update for boost provides the following fixes:
- Enable build of 32bit version of libboost_locale1_54_0. (bsc#1017048)
- Ship ppc64le and s390x versions of libboost_random1_54_0. (bsc#1019896)
The 32 bit libraries of libpsl-inifipath were built as a dependency. (bsc#1004947)
