Recommended update for glibc
This update for glibc fixes the following issues:
- Added more checks for valid ld.so.cache file (bsc#1110661)
- Rewrite elf_machine_load_address using _DYNAMIC symbol (bsc#1112858)
- Always use __IPC_64 on powerpc as required by the kernel (bsc#1105236)
