- bugfix: --prefix=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT does NOT work, because then
  /var/tmp/mailman-* would be compiled into some .c files
  changed Makefiles to allow DESTDIR=/path
- create crontab entries in postinstall
- use gid of nogroup also for mail-wrapper
