- use at+cgreg? instead of at+creg? to detect registration.
  This fixes the globalsurfer icon box that does not register GSM.

- update to version 0.32:
  - for copyright reasons Project and Application now called comgt
  - added CVS version control keywords
  - added -V version command and moved version info into header.
  - implement search priority order for scripts
    - 1)internal,
    - 2)working directory,
    - 3)/etc/comgt
  - search for device - /dev/noz2, /dev/ttyUSB2, /dev/modem so -d
    option is not needed in most cases
  - added APN and PIN scripts which use environment variables to
    set these values - see man page
