  + Update gnulib files

  Revert parts of earlier fix.  asn1Parser can now again parse

  + Move examples from src/ to new directory examples/.
  + Duplicate copy of divergated pkix.asn removed.
  + Merge unnecessary lib/defines.h into lib/int.h.
