- Remove dependency on /usr/sbin/provider-register.sh from
  sblim-cmpi-base; instead use sfcb-specific calls:
  sfcbstage/sfcbunstage, sfcbrepos 
- Rework of network interface discovery
- Fix some misnamed class references
- Rework to advertise classes appropriately in root/interop
  and root/cimv2
