- Update to version 0.12.11:
+ Remove all plugins that have been moved to gst-plugins-bad.
+ This is the last release of gst-plugins-farsight. Farsight2
doesn't need it and farsight1 is not actively maintained.
- Drop gst-plugins-farsight-enable-jasper.patch: there's a plugin
in -bad for this anyway.
- Remove unneeded BuildRequires: libjasper-devel.
- Remove autoreconf call.

- Remove gstreamer-0_10-plugins-farsight-patch-source.sh,
pre_checkin.sh and patched tarball: it does nothing now.
- Also clean up spec file to remove all the BUILD_ORIG thing which
isn't needed anymore.
- Remove --with-plugins (we want all plugins, which is the default)
and --enable-g729/--disable-g729 (not valid anymore) configure
flags.
- Add --disable-static configure flag.
- Remove gstreamer-0_10 Requires: it's automatically added.
- Drop jingle-c.patch: not needed anymore.
