- Remove libbfd.patch since it does not apply and use
  SUSE_ASNEEDED=0 instead.
- Set flag for asciidoc version 8.

- Initial checkin of Performance Counters for Linux (PCL) userspace. 
  This builds tools/perf out of kernel-source package and requires 
  kernel >= 2.6.31
