- introduce new sub-packages:
  + moodle-config-apache 
  + moodle-config-nginx
  The real subpackages of the placeholders above 'own' the directory
  for plugins. Therefor one of them should be used in BuildRequires,
  if someone wants to package a moodle-plugin-* package
  + moodle-config-postgresql
  + moodle-config-php-fpm

- re-introduce a plain moodle package as virtual package
- recommend the latest moodle package (moodle3_4 at the moment)
