- Fix builds for Leap 15.X by requiring a GCC C++ compiler
compliant with `-std=c++20`.
- Drop use of deprecated suse_update_desktop_file macro.
- Split out separate lang package.
- Convert BuildRequires to `pkgconfig` based ones.
- Other minor specfile cleanups using spec-cleaner.

- Update to 0.8.6
* New build system using CMake. The qmake one is deprecated
and will be removed.
* The test test-stopmotion can be executed as a CMake test
target (`make test-stopmotion && make test).
* Fixed various warnings from Clang, GCC, and Qt 5.15.
- Use correct upstream URL, the old URL no longer hosts the
project, it became a KDE incubator project.
- Dropped file stopmotion.desktop as one is provided by upstream
- Dropped patch doclocation.patch as it might be fixed by
the new build system
- doc package is now noarch
- Adjust build dependencies because CMake is new build system
