- Added patch kalva-deprecate-update-desktop-files.patch to
  accomodate the update-desktop-files deprecation
  (simply converted the fixes implemented by this script into
   a patch).
- Remove update-desktop-files macros from spec.

- Added missing .changes in order to build successfully
  in Tumbleweed ("source_date_epoch_from_changelog set but
  %changelog is missing" error occur if not exist).
- There is no record of changes so far...
