- Added patch knetload-deprecate-update-desktop-files.patch to
  accomodate the update-desktop-files deprecation
  (simply converted the fixes implemented by this script into
   a patch).
- Remove update-desktop-files macros from spec.

  file_kde3 to use kdelibs3's RPM macro.
