- Added patch ksensors-deprecate-update-desktop-files.patch to
  accomodate the update-desktop-files deprecation
  (simply converted the fixes implemented by this script into
   a patch).
- Remove update-desktop-files macros from spec.

- Migrated changelog entries from spec file.
- Use %patch -P N instead of deprecated %patchN
  (for RPM version 4.20).
