- ExcludeArch armv7l: rustc runs out of memory during LTO linking
  of llama-cpp on 32-bit ARM (670 s OOM in OBS builder)
- Weaken karukan-tools dependency on fcitx5-karukan from Requires
  to Suggests (tools are standalone static binaries)
- Use wildcard globs for icon file listing in %files
- Add cargo_audit source service
- Add %license to tools subpackage
- Use fcitx5 RPM macros in %files
- Add BuildRequires: hicolor-icon-theme

- Widen ExclusiveArch from rust_tier1_arches to rust_arches to
  enable builds on ppc64le, s390x, riscv64, i586, etc.
- Export CARGO_CFG_TARGET_FEATURE workaround for llama-cpp-sys-2
  build.rs on architectures where this env var is unset

- Rename icon from fcitx-karukan to fcitx_karukan (underscore) to
  avoid KDE icon theme engine hyphen-stripping fallback to Fcitx5 icon
- Replace in-spec sed rewrite with Patch0
  (fcitx5-karukan-skip-cargo-build.patch) for reproducible prep stage
- Add patch to make karukan-server load static files from
  /usr/share/karukan/static (with ./static and env override fallback)
- Add org.fcitx.Fcitx5 prefixed icon symlinks for system tray display
