- update version 6.5
* Updated cut-n-paste code, AGAIN, to support encoding after
mozilla/gtk changed its encoding methods... AGAIN.
* Added a few extra romaji input strings (xtsu)
- refresh kdrill.patch to kdrill-edict-location.patch
* change edict locations.
- remove bugzilla-151088-array-subscript-out-of-range.patch
* upstream fixed
- add kdrill-6.5-getline.patch
* getline() is a standard function in stdio.h so rename it to
getLine().
