- Package updated to version 1.4:
  * Package now requires gstreamer v1.4 and up instead of obsolete gstreamer-0_10
  * Package may be successfully built for tumbleweed/factory now, because gstreamer-0_10 was removed from main repo.
- Use source service to download sources from git, because authors does not published any source-tarballs since v0.99
- Obsolete patches removed:
  * fix-gacdir.patch
  * caps-set-simple.patch
  * gstreamer-sharp-gcc47.patch
- Added glib-sharp-version-req.patch: lower minimal glib-sharp-3.0 version requirement to 2.99.3, because there is no official release of 2.99.4 right now.
- Added post and postun sections with calls to ldconfig: fix library-without-ldconfig-postun OBS error
- Project url updated

- Add gstreamer-sharp-gcc47.patch, fixes build. bgo#679205
- Change license tag to spdx compliant LGPL-2.1+.
