- tester does not need root privileged

- use labe-install / label-uninstall
- improve entrypoint.sh (re-ordering, checking etc...)
- use grafana everywhere instead of graphana
- improve Dockerfile (and various fixes)
- grafana-container-manage.sh script can be used locally or 
  from local path (usefull for devel)
- use docker instead of podman for label
