ARM64 (aarch64) binaries produced by binutils 2.25 gold linker had incorrect (4k)
section alignment. As a result, those binaries could not be mapped when being
executed on a SLE 12 kernel.

This update adjusts the section alignment to 64k, as required by the ABI.
