- split packages ttf-founder-simplified and ttf-founder-traditional
into smaller subpackages of one font each. The reason is that
Steffen Winterfeld can now use rpms in instsys i.e. the fonts
for instsys don’t need to be copied into instsys, it is enough
if the rpms exist on the media which saves space. As space on
the media can be very limited and Chinese fonts are huge,
it is useful to split the fonts into packages of one font each
to be able to put only the absolutely necessary fonts on media
where space is scarce.

- add big5-0 and big5.eten-0 encoding to fonts.scale.FZKaiTiB
and fonts.scale.FZMingTiB. Needed for xcin because xcin
needs a big5-0 font. There used to be aliases for big5-0
in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/fonts.aliases for
the bitmap fonts from ifntchia but these are gone. But they
can be replaced with the founder fonts if we introduce the big5-0
encoding in the XLFD.
