+SUSE Azure SDK upstream reference

+The python based version of the Microsoft Azure SDK does not define
+a consistent upstream reference of their components. The version
+submitted on https://pypi.python.org/pypi/azure/<current_version>
+does not contain any source information but only links to a number
+of components.
+
+In addition the azure package on pypi also contains no reference from
+which commit state of the master github repository the components
+were released. The different versions for each component makes this
+even more complex.
+
+From a packaging and maintenance perspective we decided not to adhere
+to the packages released on pypi. Instead our python-azure-sdk
+package declares the master branch of:
+
+   https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python
+
+To be the upstream reference, and builds the package from this source.
