Subject: Limit number of udev workers to 8
References: bsc#944606, bsc#947825
Patch-mainline: v0.8.16
Git-commit: 118baa0802df211e06439071412ff2840954b0cd

The calibration code assumes 8 workers, but systemd-udevd currently
calculates the max number of workers as 8 + 64 * cpu_count.

This number might need increasing if there is enough RAM and kdump
boot is too slow.
