* This is a maintenance release that reverts undesired API-breaking
changes that slipped into 2.5.2 (see
https://github.com/python-babel/babel/issues/550). It is based on
v2.5.1 (f29eccd) with commits 7cedb84, 29da2d2 and edfb518
