  <description>This update for pacemaker fixes the following issues:

- controller: ensure newly joining node learns the node names of 'non-DCs'. (bsc#1180618)
- scheduler: 
  - don't schedule probes of unmanaged resources on pending nodes. (bsc#1188653)
  - update existing tests for probe scheduling change. (bsc#1188653)
  - add test for probe of unmanaged resource on pending node. (bsc#1188653)
- libcrmcommon: Correctly handle case-sensitive 'ids' of xml objects when changing a value. (bsc#1187414)
- controld: Purge remote node attribute when the node is up. (bsc#1186693)
  - When a remote node is up again after being killed, cleans the attrd's cache for the node. 
    This is necessary to ensure that the CIB and the attrd cache will match. 
    Otherwise, when the node is up the cache will be populated with the values from other nodes 
   (e.g. transient attributes) and the attributes will be clean from the CIB. 
   Causing a discrepancy among these data sources.
