- Check whether cpus are online and governors are available to avoid warnings/errors. (bsc#1093694)
- Fix manpage for tuned-adm off command. (bsc#1080572)
- Increase force-latency from 1 to 70 for latency-performance, sap-hana and
  sap-hana-vmware profiles to fix some performance regressions. (bsc#1023996)
- Do not switch governors through cpupower, but directly via sysfs
