- Added smc-tools-sles12sp4-parse-address-family-of-ip-address.patch
  (bsc#1168094)
  The content of the diag_family field does not reliably indicate
  the ip address family. Parse the address family from the address.
- Made numerous changes to the spec file based on the output from
  spec-cleaner.
