The tarball is generated via the OBS source service, but then needs to
have the .spec and .changes files appended to it, in order to conform
with the NTS convention for supportconfig plugins.

All this can be accomplished simply by typing 'make'.

Note that tar cannot append to compressed archives, therefore we
compress in the Makefile rather than via the 'recompress' source
service.
