Subject: [PATCH] [CVE-2024-6232] Remove backtracking when parsing tarfile
 headers

* Remove backtracking when parsing tarfile headers
* Rewrite PAX header parsing to be stricter
* Optimize parsing of GNU extended sparse headers v0.0
