- Update to version 2.4:
  + Added udev option to meson.
  + spice-webdavd:
    - Several improvements and fixes including some leaks.
    - Disconnect the client gracefully.
    - Code refcatory to improve performance and error handling.
    - Avahi fixes on registering and unregistering service.
    - Fixes DAV:quota-used-bytes in resource is not in root fs.
  + Updated translations.

- Update to version 2.3:
  + Replace autotools with meson.
  + spice-webdavd: switch to GTask.
  + chezdav: add --local & --public to specify interfaces to listen
    on.
  + Updated translations.
- Switch to meson BuildSystem, add meson BuildRequires and macros.
- Drop intltool BuildRequires, no longer needed.
- Add pkgconfig(systemd) and pkgconfig(udev) BuildRequires: New
  dependencies.
