- Update to version 2.0.0
  - New module interface using a single structure
  - New way of loading builtin that does rely on dlopen()
  - Fixed running test with linker flag --as-needed
- Enable the test suite

- Disable the test suite for this release. A known error with
  as-needed makes it fail. Will be fixed in next release.
